How to find your face shape

You only need a mirror and two minutes.

Look at three widths

Pull your hair back and face a mirror. Compare your forehead, your cheekbones and your jaw. Which is widest? Which is narrowest?

Then look at length

Is your face longer than it is wide, or about the same? This is the check that separates oval from round.

Match what you see

Oval is balanced and a little longer than wide. Round has soft curves and is about as wide as long. Square has a strong jaw and an even width. Heart is wider at the forehead with a narrow chin.

Between two shapes?

Many faces are. Try the frames for both and trust what you see. Your optometrist can also help.
